• Arab and Western countries, who abandoned the Syrian people to their tyrant, should avoid all interference but should be ready to assist if asked.
• Abou Mohammed al-Joulani, who overthrew the regime, is a pragmatic Islamist who seems to be aware of his responsibility.

Conclusion: Due to the challenges and uncertainties, extreme vigilance is necessary amid the transformations in Syria.
