Santos Cerdán, from the PSOE, acquired 45% of the company Servinabar, involved in a corruption scheme that has affected the PSOE in the last decade.
The scheme allegedly consists of the acquisition of rigged public contracts totaling more than 80 million euros.
The corruption emerged in Navarra and extended until 2023.
Despite complaints and evidence of irregularities, Servinabar won the bid for a public contract of 76 million for the Belate tunnel.
Conclusion: It is critical that a thorough investigation be conducted, and anyone involved in the corruption should held political responsibility, regardless of their position in the party.
